- An upbeat morning emceed by Gina Weekley, Waterloo Schools Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
- A keynote speech from JJ Moses, East High alum
- A State of the District Address from Waterloo Schools Superintendent Dr. Jared Smith
